SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Options
We charge a small fees for shipping all orders to our customers. We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 2000. We also charge a small fee on COD orders. The Service has a delivery ETA of 7-10 days from the date of dispatch. The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
In case your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled as our service partners charge us as soon as the pick up is completed.
Replacements
A request for replacement must be initiated within a maximum of 5 days from the day of delivery and will only be accepted in case of the below mentioned cases.
- Damaged/Incorrect Product Received
To ensure quality, please provide a photo of the delivered order along with the invoice for our internal review. We will need 24 hours to process your request and conduct necessary internal checks, if required, before sending a replacement.
- Item missing from order
To proceed with a replacement, kindly attach an image of the invoice for the delivered parcel. We will review your request within 24 hours and conduct necessary internal checks before sending a replacement, if needed.
- Expired Product Received
To proceed with a replacement, kindly attach an image of the product clearly showing the expiry date along with the invoice. We will review your request within 24 hours and conduct necessary internal checks before sending a replacement, if required.
Returns
We have a no-return policy on all products for the following reasons:
- To minimize our carbon footprint.
- The freshness of F&B products may deteriorate during the return process.
The following conditions are not acceptable for replacement/cancellation requests:
- If the replacement request is made after 5 days from the delivery date.
- If the damaged or missing product is reported after 5 days from the delivery date.
- If the cancellation request is made 4 hours after the order is placed or after the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
- If the wrong product was ordered by the customer.
